Final painting and flooring is underway on the south classroom remodel that will provide new theatre storage and dance spaces at the Bird Island building.
Work on the locker rooms continues as planned. Electrical and plumbing rough ins for the new locker rooms (l) and bathrooms (r) are complete.

Work on the West end of the building — which includes locker rooms, offices, and changing room — continues as planned. Mechanical inspections passed, concrete is poured and work is underway installing steel stud walls and mechanical/electrical rough ins. Drywall is expected to begin in June.

Interior demolition is nearing completion and abatement work at West end of school is complete.

Removal of ceiling tiles and casework is underway as part of interior demolition phase.
Floor protection has been installed to prep for interior demolition.
